腦灰質重僅約3磅,遵循物理學普遍規則,它是如何產生第一人稱的意識體驗?忘記在哪個久遠的記憶中,初次凝視著鏡子中那個臉孔,察覺到鏡子中的人是我。隨著時光流逝,大家似乎都約定俗成地接近社會體制期待中的成年人。無法改變過去促使重新思考人生規劃的脈絡,開始反思這個現實社會時,變得討厭刻板教育、不認同社會的道德標準、反對不平等的階級制度、厭惡倒模式的生活、一模一樣的臉孔、相同的表情、聊著一樣的話題;驚覺不久以後任何人也會比「自己」更接近理想中的「自我」。任何人都無法拒絕這種現實,活在一個無法接受差異存在的城市,存在於一個複製出來的世界,思想規範在二元對立的批判。在「你」口中所謂的不變,真相是把我遺留在過去,而「你」卻緊追著這時代的巨輪。

歸屬於一個地方,越深入內在,對地方的認同感越強烈。作為一種存在形式,真實性乃是替自己存在負責的完整體驗和接納。在現代世界裡,被悄然蔓延的無地方性普遍狀況圍繞著;在過度急促發展的城市裡,生於資訊泛濫的世代,除了僅剩的人性和感性以外,人工智慧已幾乎可以取代人類去決定大部分事情。必須承認在某種程度上我們都是偽君子,一方面拒絕讓AI入侵既有的生活,但同時打開胳膊歡迎這項新技術;一方面高舉保留城市中歷史痕跡的旗幟,同時又擁抱著邁向現代的腳步從而變得和其他個體更一體化。離開、等待、前進,情緒穿梭在回憶和未來;在變與不變的狹縫裡游移,輪迴在時光的框架中搖擺不定。

此創作作品是以控制燈光裝置與現場環境互動所創造出不同動作和光效,從而達到讓觀者感受到一種時間和聲音改變空間的視覺感受,產生一系列對於聲音、視覺、真實、虛擬、時間性和空間結構的體驗; 人一直努力嘗試操控和改變未來的發展,不過未來源自地方經驗演變成一種內部節奏和歸屬感;它從未完成,而是透過日復日操演出來而處於流變之中。身體的移動性在空間與時間裡結合,產生了存在的內在性。藉此作品表達時間改變空間的一個視覺感受。

In the sense of the biological world, how can a 3 lbs grey matter in brain function and convey the first person cognitive experience.

I cannot recall when was the last time I actualised who I am from the reflection of the mirror. As years goes by, I become one of the majority among the society and stopped to build and develop, evaluate and demolish my plan in order to grow. I started to ask myself about the reality, I dislike the old-school type of education system, hate the ethical benchmark, disagree with the community hierarchy, feeling sad about people sharing the same style in life, and frustrate about the same kind of outlook, emotion, topics we pump into each day... one day, I may meet someone who is more ME than the ideal ME. I cannot reject this dilemma, a world that do not allow differences, surviving in an indifference world with binary opposition. What you said 'unchanged' is actually leaving me in the past and you walk along the time wheel in life.

The difference between places has gone weak. As a place, the deeper understanding about a place, the higher sense of belongings. As a form of existence, authenticity is a complete experience and acceptance for the existence of oneself. In the modern world, we are normalised with the spread of 'place-less' philosophy and with the catalyse of rapid city development and overwhelming technology, artificial intelligent (AI) is starting to take over our life, leaving with little humanity and emotion. We have to admit that we are all hypocrite in some ways, on one hand we refuse to let AI to invade our life, but we open our arms and welcome this new technology. On one hand, we fight for city historical retainer, but we are looking for a unified city development.

To leave, to wait, to move forward, our emotion travel through memories and the future, hesitating to change or unchanged.

This artwork is based on the lighting installation art, by controlling the interaction with the sounds nearby to create a different action and light effect, so as to allow the viewer to feel the time and sound changing the visual experience of space, resulting a series of sound, visual, reality, virtual, temporal and spatial structure in this experience. The physical mobility of the body combined with space and time, resulting in the inherent existence, it is a sense of belonging to the local rhythm of life, recalling our local experience; it never completed but in changing through day after day.
